SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. All of our candles are made to order. All products and shipping packaging are sanitized before mailing.  As of this time we are only shipping within the United States, via USPS Priority Mail and  UPS. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Please note that  JAD COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our studio. Should your order become delayed or lost you will need to contact the shipping carrier.

damages and returns

 All orders are thoroughly inspected before they are packed and shipped in an effort to ensure your items arrive safely.  We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. In the event that items are damaged during transit, we ask that you contact us within two business days. Please snap a photo of your damaged goods and email us at JADCOLLECTIVE1@GMAIL.COM.  Please include your order number. We will do all that we can to remedy the issue.

If you have a problem with a product purchased in a retail store, please return the product to the store directly. We do not accept returns for orders that were not purchased directly from us.

Returns are only accepted on products that are in new and unused condition. If you have an issue with your candle after you have begun burning, please contact us with details of the concerns. Thank you for choosing  JAD COLLECTIVE.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us within 48 hours of arrival. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us and will gladly exchange it for another candle of equal value.

Note: any shipping-handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
